Who is behind LED Doctor?
LED Doctor is not an AI startup that discovered LED screens: it is the engineering team of a French integrator that poured twenty years of field work into an assistant available 24/7.
A screen company, not an AI company
LED Doctor is a service of Visuall Group SAS, a French company based in Tourcoing that has designed, imported and installed giant LED screens since 2006 under the Pixelight brand — an official NovaStar distributor, with hundreds of installations across France and Europe, from fine-pitch showroom walls to stadium screens.
That integration business is LED Doctor's raw material: the failures Lédia can solve are the ones our teams actually meet, on our screens and on the other brands we service.
How Lédia is built
Lédia relies on an expertise base written and validated by our engineers: diagnostic methods, documentation of the control ecosystems (NovaStar, Colorlight, Brompton, Linsn, Kystar, Huidu, Megapixel), product data sheets, and anonymized solved cases.
Every evolution passes a graded test bench of 200 technical questions before going live. And every solved customer case enriches the base after anonymization: Lédia improves with every intervention.
Lédia also knows her limits: confirmed hardware failure, electrical risk or uncertain cases go to a human engineer, with the complete file so the diagnosis never starts over.
Our commitments
Transparency: Lédia is an artificial intelligence and presents herself as such, in line with Article 50 of the European AI Act.
Safety first: never a firmware update on a wall in operation, never electrical work asked of an unqualified person, a backup before any configuration change.
Data: conversations and reports hosted in the European Union. Details in our privacy policy.
Independence: we troubleshoot every control system brand, not only the ones we distribute.
